Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging learning programs for various roles within an organization.

The Learning Experience Designer will work closely with the Senior Strategist of Global Learning to develop best-in-class learning experiences that meet learning objectives and improve knowledge retention.

  • Apply recognized instructional design models, such as ADDIE and SAM, to create interactive and immersive learning content.
  • IDentify delivery methods that align with learning objectives and adapt materials for different formats.
  • Author training material using authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Vyond, and Canva.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of adult learning theory and leverage experiential learning to accelerate development.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create eLearning courses, graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, and live virtual learning experiences.
  • Develop course content that meets learning objectives and improves knowledge retention.
  • Test prototypes, gather audience feedback, and modify the learning experience to better align with specific needs and intended outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Two+ years of experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build effective relationships, and influence peers and key stakeholders to achieve results.
  • Experience leveraging adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools (Articulate suite preferred), and MS Office.
