Marketing Design Lead
We are seeking an exceptional Marketing Designer to spearhead our visual identity and creative strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing materials that captivate audiences across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of branding principles, visual communication, and consumer engagement. They should be able to work collaboratively with our marketing teams to create bold concepts that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop strategic marketing designs that meet business objectives
· Collaborate with the broader marketing team to achieve campaign goals
· Maintain brand consistency across all visual elements
· Create engaging social media graphics, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials
· Design high-performing assets for Meta ad campaigns and email marketing
· Support ongoing advertising efforts with creative updates and new ideas
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing design

Requirements:
· 3–5 years of experience as a Senior-Level Marketing Designer
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
· Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
· Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
· Clear communication and collaboration skills
· Experience creating ad creatives tailored for Meta platforms and email marketing channels
· Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint (or Google Slides/Keynote), including slide layout, formatting, and visual storytelling for presentations

Preferred Skills:
· Experience with video editing and motion graphics
· Background in sports, athletics, or apparel branding
· Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design
· Knowledge of email design best practices, including mobile optimization, accessibility, and CTA hierarchy
