About the Role

This administrative staff position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, including record-keeping, online transactions, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel, enabling them to efficiently manage and analyze large datasets. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential for this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, proficiency in programming is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.
  2. Analyze financial data using Excel, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize business processes.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  5. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data visualization.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
