They will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and providing advanced troubleshooting of our large complex data network infrastructure using network monitoring and network management tools.

This REMOTE position must be based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company's production system uptime and functionality, including troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve various system/network issues.
  • Investigate and escalate Netops Alerting during working hours and follow up on alerts from off hours.
  • Mitigate outages and system malfunctions to ensure no customer effect and prepare escalation by priority/urgency for DEV teams.
  • Engage with 3rd party service providers for resolution of network/system issues.
  • Provide higher tier system support for the company's customer support T1-3.
  • Create dashboards and alerting for the company's system functionality.
