CallTek is seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our team. As a NOC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Network Infrastructure:
- Ensure the stability and reliability of our network infrastructure.
- Continuously monitor the network infrastructure for performance issues, outages, and service disruptions.
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure optimal network operation and identify anomalies.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal staff and external clients regarding network connectivity and application issues.
- Escalate incidents to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Document all incidents, changes, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to assist team members and improve support processes.
- Work closely with network engineers and other technical teams to implement solutions and enhance network performance.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues and process improvements.
- 1-2 years of experience in a NOC or network support role.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools is a plus.
