Expert Dynamics 365 Support Specialist

As a Dynamics 365 Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring corporate Dynamics environments are efficient and user-friendly.
You will collaborate with the Dynamics platform owner to identify sustainable methods of supporting business process goals with technology.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical plans and designs.
- Work with internal or external development resources to support existing and new business application needs.
- Create and maintain documentation on business processes, applications, and standards.
Requirements:
- 4-year degree in technology, business, or related area of study and/or 5+ years of relevant experience in information technology.
- Deep technical knowledge of corporate Dynamics environments and ancillary systems that interact with Dynamics.
- Minimum 2-5+ years' experience implementing, configuring, and/or customizing Microsoft's Dynamics with large/enterprise companies.
