Job Description

Clinical Operations Professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of our clinical services. They act as key representatives for enterprise clients, guaranteeing exceptional service quality across multiple channels.

These professionals are responsible for case management, maintaining high standards of service quality, and overseeing regional clinicians. They bridge client expectations with internal clinical standards and operational excellence.

This critical function involves managing relationships with assigned enterprise clients, owning the delivery and quality of monthly clinical reports, tracking SLAs, and proactively addressing any gaps or risks. They also attend client-facing meetings, facilitate escalations, and lead regular reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Reporting (30%)
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.
    • Deliver and maintain high-quality monthly clinical reports and insights.
    • Monitor Service Level Agreements and address any gaps or risks.
    • Attend client-facing meetings and facilitate escalations.
    • Support solutioning for special projects.
  • Clinical Service Oversight (30%)
    • Ensure clinician rosters are filled and services delivered on time.
    • Manage transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk cases.
    • Monitor clinical quality benchmarks for delivery operations.
    • Develop and localize Standard Operating Procedures for country-specific requirements.
    • Coordinate teams to refine workflows and client experiences.
  • Clinician Management & Quality (30%)
    • Lead onsite or regional clinicians in their people management roles.
    • Monitor session quality and provide developmental feedback.
    • Conduct orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.
    • Align clinicians with internal clinical policies and SOPs.
    • Provide clinical supervision and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Projects (10%)
    • Collaborate with teams to improve service experience and workflows.
    • Contribute to new program planning and clinical enhancement projects.
    • Maintain cross-country best practices and regional alignment.
