About Us
Newport World Resorts seeks a highly skilled Retail Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Redemption Store and Online Store.

Your Role
You will be working closely with consignors to resolve inventory and payment concerns. This includes coordinating the preparation of monthly inventory reconciliation and counting consignors of online and redemption stores. You will also be responsible for ordering and reordering items for selling and redemption in the Online and Redemption stores. Additionally, you will process daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports of usage and engagement consignment warehouse. You will work with our team to prepare new items for sale and ensure their accurate uploading into our POS and barcoding system. Your expertise will also be required to prepare monthly count sheets and payment endorsements. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly inventory reports and managing our consignment warehouse effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum one year of experience in retail and inventory management.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge in sales and inventory.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
