Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at HR Panoptik Global as a Digital Accessibility Expert.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong background in digital accessibility to lead and drive initiatives that promote equal access to information and services for all individuals, regardless of their abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with various stakeholders to develop and implement accessible solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive accessibility strategies to ensure inclusive experiences for users across multiple touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address accessibility gaps, implementing solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct accessibility audits, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Provide training and support to employees on accessibility principles, promoting a culture of inclusion within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering, Web Design, or a related field.
  • Certification in web accessibility or a related field is highly desirable.
  • At least three years of recent professional experience in IT, with two years focused on digital accessibility.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working across multiple time zones without face-to-face meetings.
  • Service Management expertise.
  • International or multinational organization experience.
  • Professional business services experience, such as consulting.
