Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for providing technical expertise in estimating and cost management for construction projects at Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation. This role involves working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support in estimating and cost management for construction projects.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other construction software.
