Ensures that the Project is delivering expectation set by the Company and that which is required by MERALCO, in accordance to the Company’s commitment to Quality and Safety, thru its implemented policies and direction.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other relevant
documents.
2. Review building, construction or architectural plans and prepare quantity needs and cost
of materials.
3. Create price/forecast of the cost of materials needed as well as feasibility studies
4. Undergo Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretation
5. Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress including forecasting of final cost and
sales.
6. Material Submission, Ordering, and Procurement
7. Supplier/Subcontractor Quotation and Evaluation
8. Measure and value work done on site

QUALIFICATION:
- Must me licensed Civil Engineer
- Skills needed: Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Costing/Bidding proposal preparations
- Knowledge in AutoCAD
- Minimum 1-2 year experience in Quantity Surveying
- Willing to be assigned in MERALCO Pasig
- Can start ASAP

WORK SCHEDULE: 5 Working Days, Full-time, On Site
