As a marketing project leader, you will be responsible for driving Nexford's growth by executing global marketing campaigns.

About the Role

This role involves hands-on management of campaign launch and optimization across multiple channels, ensuring smooth coordination with the team.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing execution from campaign setup and reporting to content coordination and digital optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Coordinate content creation with internal and external teams.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and vendors to deliver assets.
  • Update marketing assets including the website through HubSpot CMS.
  • Research competitor activity and market trends for campaign development.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing in an online startup environment.
  • Proficiency in advanced software tools and AI-enabled automation tools.
  • Experience with platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with campaign data and reporting dashboards.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Startup or fast-paced environment experience is essential.
