About the Role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to design, develop, and implement software applications for external clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycles, including waterfall, iterative, and other modern approaches.

  • Proficiency in standards relevant to the software industry, such as ISO, CMM, and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and understanding sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
  • Solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model-driven design-based tools and techniques.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in mainframe development.
  • Strong knowledge in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Syncsort, and Easytrieve.
