Job Description

As a key member of our team at CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC.-NCR, you will play a vital role in crafting an exceptional experience for our patrons. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drink Preparation and Service: You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages in accordance with standard recipes or customer preferences. This includes ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Engagement: You will provide outstanding service to guests by taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns or requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Bar Maintenance: You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including countertops, glassware, and equipment. You will also ensure that the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Inventory Management: You will monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of key items.
  • Compliance and Safety: You will adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices. You will verify the age of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure drinks are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, including taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns or requests. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including countertops, glassware, and equipment. Ensure that the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of key items.
