We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Store Assistant Manager at Marcelina Store Davao. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash or card payments with precision.
  • Product Management: Maintain product displays, restock shelves, and ensure items are correctly labeled and priced.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers, address their needs, and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to interact with customers, address their needs, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Communication Skills: Clear verbal communication and active listening skills to engage with customers and team members.
  • Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions, calculate totals, and process payments accurately.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to keep stock organized, maintain clean shelves, and manage store layout effectively.
  • Flexibility and Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with others to meet store objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring products are correctly priced, tagged, and displayed.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift light to moderate weight, and perform other physical tasks.
  • Previous Retail Experience (preferred): Experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required.
