We are looking for a Store Assistant Manager to join our team at JNERVS SARI SARI STORE. As a Store Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the sales floor, including merchandising, visual displays, and stock levels.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and disposing of trash and recycling.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Prior retail management experience is an asset but not mandatory.
