Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Lending Products Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative consumer lending products in the fintech space, leveraging strong cross-functional exposure.
  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams to deliver and optimize lending products.
  • Monitor lending portfolio performance and take corrective actions to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive market analysis and recommend pricing strategies based on consumer behavior, competitor offerings, and business objectives.
  • Contribute to product launches by identifying market needs and aligning offerings with customer expectations.
  • Oversee risk management practices, identifying, assessing, and mitigating product-related risks.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with internal stakeholders on governance and audit requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • A strong background in product management, risk, finance, or analytics.
  • A solid understanding of consumer lending products and digital banking trends.
  • Skills in portfolio management and identifying business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and operations teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
