Email Marketing Professional

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that promote products, services, and events. This includes designing engaging email templates using industry-standard tools, segmenting email lists based on user behavior and demographics, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic email marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Design visually appealing email templates using drag-and-drop editors or coding skills.
  • Segment email lists using data-driven insights to improve engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and key metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform future strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing automation tools, including list management and campaign creation.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
