Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintenance of management fees and waterfall distributions for venture firm clients
  • Identify and interpret fund nuances impacting management fees and distributions as outlined in the fund agreements
  • Maintain high level of accuracy on outputs and ensure completeness of data input for calculations
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with tasks by maintaining a quick turnaround time for processing
  • Identify process and quality improvements to streamline processes
  • Any related process as required by the client

Requirements
Job Requirements and Credentials:

  • Professionals with at least 3 years of working in Private Equity or Fund Accounting
  • 3+ years of work experience in the field of accounting or audit
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
  • CPA and/or Master's degree are strong pluses
  • Has knowledge of venture capital, private equity, and fund administration
  • With experience in interpreting fund agreements
  • Has advanced level proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace applications
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and high analytical ability
  • Possess a strong work ethic and avid team player
