Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage the accounting team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and records to guarantee accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Closing Process Oversight: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely completion.
  • Policies and Procedures Development: Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses for management decision-making.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure proper tax compliance and assist with audits as required.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
