Job Description

The Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the optimization and administration of all key platforms used by the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Platform Administration: Own setup, optimization, and user support across all key platforms including CRM/ATS systems and recruiting tools.
  • Collaboration and File Management: Ensure seamless collaboration and file management across Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and LastPass.
  • Operations and Payroll: Manage Gusto, DocuSign, and Monday.com to ensure smooth operations and payroll processing.
  • Beyond this, build, manage, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot user issues, execute system updates or configuration changes, and support Recruiting with applicant tracking logic and hiring funnel setup.
  • Use Zapier and native integrations to automate tasks and connect data across platforms.
  • Document platform usage SOPs and train internal users on new features or tools.
  • Manage permissioning, user setup, and tech hygiene for compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Tech Ops, Systems Admin, or CRM/ATS management.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level, Monday.com, Gusto, and LastPass.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools like Zapier or Make.com.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to train others on system use.
  • A detail-oriented, tech-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to support cross-functional teams through platform enablement.
  • Bonus points for EOS/Traction operations familiarity.
