We are seeking a Creative Content Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating ad creatives that drive conversions and fuel business growth.

You will be the bridge between internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.

The mission is to deliver high-performing creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
