Compliance Specialist with Regulatory Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities- Stay informed about applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure that our internal policies and procedures are aligned with these requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and ethical conduct, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities, findings, and issues to management and regulatory authorities, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- A minimum of five years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, legal services, or operations, with a proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience as a Data Privacy Officer is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with relevant regulatory agencies such as the BSP, MORB, SEC, BIR, and others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in a foreign bank is an asset, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
