Job Title: Area Planning Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our Sales Team by providing commercial planning assistance.

As an Area Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate outputs while maintaining confidentiality.

You will ensure overall compliance with our processes, including goods reconciliation data generation and submission for approval.

Additionally, you will validate load and stock reports from sales personnel against stock balance in our system.

For Territory recuts/reassignments, you will encode changes in our system.

Furthermore, you will coordinate Customer Master Data with Field Sales Force and Supervisor; review data for accuracy and completeness; prevent duplicate records; validate uploaded customer documents against our system data; coordinate customer admission and deactivation.

You will also generate data for target setting and provide accurate reports to Field Sales Management according to standards, guidelines, and schedule; provide daily sales reports to HQ SI (Daily Sales Monitoring Template) and ad hoc reports upon request.

Moreover, you will resolve level 0 concerns per KB documents; coordinate with Area Planning Support, Information System, and Sales Systems for iPAD-related updates; manage inventory of all iPAD devices in the sales office.

Lastly, you will maintain hardcopy records stock summaries, stock movement reports, load plans, CMR, CPF, etc.; perform regular housekeeping following the Global Retention Schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate of a 4-year course.
  • At least 1-2 years of sales or finance reporting experience.
  • Experience in building and analyzing data (forecasting, target setting).
  • Ability to perform comprehensive data analysis and make recommendations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data validation, conditional formatting, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically.
