Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our organization. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and balance the general ledger, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and profit/loss analysis.
  2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payment and resolution of any discrepancies or issues with customers and vendors.
  3. Provide accurate and timely reporting of monthly financial results to management.
  4. Perform daily banking activities, including reconciling bank statements and recording deposits and payments.
  5. Reconcile transactions and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customers and vendors.
  6. Assist with budget preparation and ensure compliance with relevant tax and accounting rules.
  7. Manage and process payroll for the organization.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an accountant, at least 1 year of related work experience.
  3. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  4. Proficiency in commonly used accounting software, such as Quickbooks, Xero, or Sage.
  5. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  7. Solid understanding and ability to comply with regulatory and policy requirements.
