This role is part of the CBRE Group's mission to deliver exceptional service and results. You will be responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and Company policies related to building operations and work safety.
  2. Oversee daily operations, assign work orders, and provide technical and procedural training to colleagues and subcontractors.
  3. Collaborate with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize business interruption and inconvenience.
  4. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to extend the life of building machinery and systems.
  5. Conduct regular inspections of engineering staff work to ensure quality and efficiency.
  6. Verify that work is completed, equipment is fully functional, and client space is in prime working condition.
  7. Respond promptly to emergency situations, mobilizing additional resources as needed.
  8. Apply advanced knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  9. Mentor colleagues and share expertise across job disciplines within the function.
  10. Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and promote consensus-building among team members.
