Identity & Access Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in implementing IAM solutions, managing client relationships, and driving business development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. They will be responsible for developing new methodologies, coaching junior team members, and contributing to thought leadership initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead IAM projects from initiation to delivery
  • Manage client relationships and drive business development
  • Develop new methodologies and internal initiatives
  • Capture and share knowledge with the team
  • Contribute to thought leadership documents
Requirements:
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies
  • Hands-on experience with IAM tool implementation
  • 8+ years of experience in IT or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior client-facing experience
  • Hands-on Java development and debugging experience
  • Familiarity with Java Frameworks (Struts/Spring)
  • Knowledge of RDMS and SQL queries
