About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Print & Packaging Designer to join our global design team. You will create innovative packaging and print designs that strengthen brand identity, engage customers, and support business growth across multiple brands and markets.

What You'll Do

  • Design exceptional packaging, print, and editorial materials for product lines and in-box experiences.
  • Ensure consistency with brand identity and visual storytelling.
  • Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and print partners to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Oversee design projects from concept to production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Stay updated with packaging trends, printing standards, and sustainable solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in packaging design for FMCG (preferably food & beverages).
  • Strong portfolio of packaging and print design work (portfolio submission is required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Solid knowledge of printing processes, CMYK, Pantone, and industry standards.
  • Strong skills in typography, visual storytelling, and technical drawings.
  • Highly organized, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
