Job Overview

The role involves leading and delivering complex projects that drive business transformation across global functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership & Execution
    • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and budgets.
    • Drive execution excellence by adhering to project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
    • Facilitate regular governance meetings and provide transparent project reporting.
    • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and ensure alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Risk Management & Governance
    • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
    • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and industry best practices.
  • Team Collaboration & Development
    • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams across geographies.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within project teams.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and governance models.
    • Contribute to building global PMO best practices and knowledge sharing across the organization.
