About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Banking Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of core banking system implementations and migrations for major financial institutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute the migration. You will also provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition and knowledge transfer to the client's internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement global banking systems, focusing on one or more modules such as accounting, credit, or payments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and executing migrations
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure project success, from initiation to completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and satisfaction
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience working with global banking platforms, with deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: accounting, credit, or payments
  • Proven track record of delivering successful core banking system implementations or migrations, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex projects and drive results
  • Strong understanding of banking operations and processes, enabling you to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize system performance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on international banking projects, particularly those involving UK or European banks
  • Familiarity with the Temenos banking platform, enhancing your ability to navigate complex systems and deliver results
  • Avaloq certification or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices
