As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design and execute targeted marketing strategies tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop solutions.
  2. Formulate, plan, and implement email, SMS, and other retention marketing initiatives.
  3. Communicate campaign insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
  4. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships to enhance the client experience.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  6. Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure strategy alignment and clear instructions.
  7. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to increase revenue.
  8. Share industry insights and best practices with the marketing team.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands.
  3. Client Understanding: Develop deep understanding of client needs and translate into actionable strategies.
  4. Performance Analysis: Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
  5. Client Communication: Share insights and collaborate on development plans.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team is aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  7. Service Expansion: Upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
  8. Industry Expertise: Provide valuable industry insights to establish the company as a thought leader.
  9. Flexibility: Work in EU timezone.
