Job Title

Design Visuals for a Leading Education Organization

At Primer, we are looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual elements that reflect the company's brand and values.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging and effective visual designs. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain the company's visual identity across all touchpoints, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets on time and within budget.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design and incorporate them into the company's visual style guide.

  • Work closely with the creative director to develop and implement new design concepts and strategies.

  • Manage and maintain the company's design libraries and ensure consistency across all visual elements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in an education or non-profit organization.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills and experience working with a variety of design software.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Experience with design systems and visual style guides.
