JOBS360 is an exciting company that offers a unique opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing tender head contracts, managing securities, and updating insurance schedules.
Key Accountabilities
- Review and analyse tender head contracts to identify risks and areas of concern.
- Assist with pre-contract phase activities, including overlaying head contract to tender head contract.
- Process credit applications for new vendors and review terms and conditions.
- Administer securities, including bank guarantee requests and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate cost tracking records.
