
Customer Claims Investigator

Investigating claims related to branded merchandise is a critical role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and investigate incoming customer claims, including imprinting errors, delivery delays, pricing discrepancies, incorrect products, or issues affecting product quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate with customers professionally and empathetically throughout the claims process, providing updates, explaining investigation findings, and presenting resolution options.
- Coordinate and process claims resolutions, including product reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts, in alignment with company guidelines and authorization levels.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation, ideally within the promotional products industry or a similar custom manufacturing environment. To excel in this position, you must possess excellent analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
