About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our team as a Care Services Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring clear, consistent communication and accountability for customer communications experiences. You will work closely with Support, Care Services consultants, and Customer Success Partners to facilitate data gathering, validate expectations, and define scope of work.
Main Responsibilities
- Facilitate data gathering for implementation projects.
- Validate and define expectations and scope of work.
- Serve as ongoing point of contact for assigned portfolio of customers.
- Escalation management: coordination and documentation of customer escalations.
- Triage: review and route client queries and service requests to appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Previous experience with a customer-facing role is a plus.
Competencies
- Self-directed and able to work independently.
- Task-oriented with excellent time management skills.
