Senior Database Administrator Role

We are seeking a seasoned database administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining on-prem SQL and cloud databases.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server instances and databases across DEV, Test, and Production environments
  • Establish comprehensive backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Plan and execute database migrations, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
  • Maintain database health and performance through proactive monitoring
  • E nsure data security, integrity, and access control adhere to industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in database administration of SQL Server database environments
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2016 and above
  • Thorough understanding of relational databases, T-SQL scripting, best practices, database technologies, and concepts
