About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and developing our Total execution strategy for assigned Modern Trade customers/accounts.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develops customer and channel-specific plans with cross-functional partners from Trade Marketing, Brand Teams, and Operations Teams.
  2. Works closely with Category, Channel Marketing, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional partners to ensure KPIs and activities are implemented on time and in full.
  3. Cultivates strong relationships with Top Management and Key Decision Makers through regular business reviews and key partnership occasions.
  4. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and has the ability to negotiate strategically and tactically in an agile fast-paced channel.
  5. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive growth in the category and deliver insight-selling backed up by data.
  6. Delivers growth-generating programs through understanding shopper, category, and market needs.
  7. Ensures omni-perfect store basics such as shopper-centric availability and replenishment.
  8. Manages customer profitability as well as A/R through efficient budget management and regular reconciliation.
