Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse – Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation and timesheets for accuracy and quality. This role is crucial in ensuring our records are error-free, grammatically correct, and aligned with the plan of care.

  • Review staff clinical notes to ensure accuracy and consistency with the care plan
  • Identify and correct grammatical and numerical errors
  • Verify staff timesheets for entry errors
  • Maintain daily QA checks to prevent documentation backlog
  • Flag discrepancies or unclear entries to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Fast reader with high attention to detail
  • Ability to spot and correct errors confidently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep up with daily documentation flow
