Job Overview

This role is for an experienced professional who will be responsible for managing multiple projects, creating high-quality content, and implementing on-page SEO elements.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in SEO content writing, and proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate strategy into clear tasks and timelines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage and prioritize content pipelines, working cross-functionally with teams.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide stakeholders with timely updates.
  • Identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and escalate issues as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Maintain and improve workflows using project management tools such as Monday.com, JIRA, or Asana.
Content Creation
  • Research and write high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing pages, meta descriptions, and link building.
  • Optimize key content types such as landing pages and product descriptions for maximum SEO impact.
  • Implement on-page SEO elements such as title tags, headers, meta descriptions, internal linking, and strategic keyword placement.
  • Stay informed about SEO and content marketing trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an SEO content writer and project manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools for posting and formatting content.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, content structure, and both on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools and the ability to integrate them thoughtfully into content workflows.
  • Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership over results.
  • Experience working with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com, Asana).
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO and content marketing.
  • Track record of managing cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with basic HTML/in-line styling in customer-facing content.
  • Understanding of content intent (transactional, informational, commercial, navigational) and how it impacts strategy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
