This Full Time Accounting Role is a hybrid work arrangement where you will work from home and occasionally visit our office in Manila. As a Home-Based Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, be proficient in QuickBooks, and able to adapt to different situations. You will also need to be able to multi-task, solve problems, and prioritize without compromising details or accuracy of work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter all invoices into Syncore system and/or QuickBooks
  • Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow
  • Invoice clients upon order completion
  • Make collection contacts on a routine basis
  • Issue past-due notices and statements
  • Royalty entry and submissions
  • Assist with year-end financial statements
  • Ensure efficient and accurate posting of transactions
