As a professional in marketing and communications, you will be part of bringing humanity to business. You'll have the opportunity to work with an award-winning team to create engaging content for paid advertising/lead generation across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create, launch, monitor, and analyze paid social media advertising campaigns across several regions to attract potential candidates.
  2. Collaborate with regional teams to provide strategic guidance on paid advertising types and campaigns based on your expertise.
  3. Independently manage assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  4. Work with internal stakeholders to gather information, brainstorm ideas, and ensure content aligns with overall social media strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing within each platform (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Knowledgeable in search engine optimization, content creation using Canva and CapCut, proofreading, and overall social media best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt during the creative process and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, or certificate from a creative design program.
