About the JobWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution and customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
