Job Title: Financial Leadership Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to spearhead our financial operations. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and a passion for solving complex challenges in the finance space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end General Ledger Accounting with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Controller for ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Lead projects requiring technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Take ownership of special projects, ad hoc reports, and general accounting duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies.
  • At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus).
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Credit Card transaction management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
