Accounting Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to fill a leadership position. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cash flow by reconciling accounts receivable and payable on a timely basis.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline inventory processes and ensure accurate reconciliation of inventory balances.
  • Conduct monthly expense analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursement to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail: Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail to ensure all financial data is accurate and reliable.
  • Compliance knowledge: Maintains a deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and audit standards to ensure full compliance.
  • Analytical expertise: Utilizes advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Process improvement: Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and implement scalable financial systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.
