Job Overview

As a key contributor to our team, the Content Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless digital content management across client accounts. This involves maintaining structured content vaults and supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and tag digital content for optimal access, adhering to established folder structures and naming conventions.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on script templates to ensure tone consistency across all content.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop content ideas that align with current trends and client goals.
  • Review content for quality and accuracy, flagging any inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain databases and trackers to facilitate team coordination and task management.
  • Provide timely updates and status reports via internal tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
