Job Title: Content Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced content developer to join our team. As a content developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content for financial professionals.

  • Create engaging and informative content for various media formats (e.g., blog posts, learning modules, skills assessments, surveys, articles, whitepapers).
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to understand the purpose of assets, key takeaways, and calls-to-action.
  • Develop content that meets client brand and editorial guidelines.
  • Partner with client teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in education, adult-learning, and finance.
  • Ability to transform content briefs into engaging courseware or narratives.
  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity to learn new topics.
  • Ability to facilitate interviews and workshops with subject matter experts to gather required input.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content and learning management systems like Xyleme and Articulate 360.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent experience.
  • Reliable home internet service.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
