Administrative Sales Support Professional

Job Responsibilities:
• Processes customer orders via email or phone calls.
• Verifies the accuracy of customer data in orders and invoices.
• Maintains and updates physical and digital client records, sales data, and expenses.
• Contacts clients to obtain missing information or answer questions.
• Collaborates with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
• Develops and generates monthly sales reports as per the company's needs.
• Ensures sales targets are met and reports any deviations.
• Stays updated on new products and features.
Job Requirements:
• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Distribution, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in a relevant position from an FMCG company.
• Familiarity with field sales and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
