Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned software development engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Your primary focus will be on driving quality at every stage of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements definition to release. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, creating comprehensive test plans and test cases, executing manual and automated tests, and identifying and reporting defects.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build and inspire teams, foster a positive work culture, and develop talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, create comprehensive test plans and test cases, execute manual and automated tests, and identify and report defects.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enable speed of testing and software delivery.
  • Participate in agile development process and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in software development, testing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to build, lead, and inspire teams, foster a positive work culture, and develop talent.
  • Familiarity with automated browser testing using an end-to-end testing framework such as Selenium or Cypress.
