This role will work closely with our business units to provide financial insights, analysis, and support for informed decision-making. You will help our teams understand their financial situation, identify opportunities and risks, and make sound decisions about resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Providing financial research, reviewing financial statements, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  2. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand financial needs, challenges, and goals.
  3. Building relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to department heads or business unit leaders.
  4. Developing financial forecasts, providing guidance on resource allocation, and monitoring financial performance.
  5. Contributing to strategic decision-making processes by providing financial insights and conducting cost analysis.
  6. Monitoring KPIs and financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working with department heads to develop action plans.
  7. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparing management reports and financial statements.
  8. Identifying financial risks, evaluating their potential impact, and providing recommendations to mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Budgeting and forecast experience.
  • Proven proficiency in management accounting and decision support.
  • Experience developing financial reports.
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with a passion for driving efficiencies.
