Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates.

You will handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels. Your role will also involve coordinating domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Additionally, you will monitor stock levels, generate replenishment reports, and support supply chain forecasting. You will also support marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade events while ensuring brand consistency.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating on website development and providing technical support for presentations.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
